No. It started a frenzy of no-nothing lame stream media commentary.
From the title: Did RNC "Scripted" Rules Change Start A Civil War In The Republican Party? Maybe. Maybe not. I reckon it will depend on how many people drop their support of the GOP. The dirty trick played on those people is so typical of political hacks. They pull this crap and they also hold voting time constraints at their leisure, foregoing their own rules. A fifteen minute voting time span can be left open until enough arms are broken/twisted/threatened to try to get what the leader wants, even hours. I've always said, thank goodness for C- SPAN.....you can watch these policrooks in action.
