34% say country would be better off under Hillary Clinton: poll By Kase Wickman More than a third of Americans said that if Hillary Clinton had been elected president in 2008, the country would be in better shape than it is right now under President Barack Obama's leadership. The Bloomberg poll showed that Clinton, currently serving as secretary of state, garnered a 64 percent favorability rating, making her the most popular national politician in the country. Thirty-four percent expressed wishful thinking about a Clinton presidency, up from the 25 percent who responded the same in July 2010. In the 2008 election, Obama won the majority of delegates necessary to clinch the Democratic nomination after the primaries. During the drawn-out primary battle, Clinton actually won the popular vote, though Obama won 29 states to her 21. Only 13 percent of respondents said that things would be worse under a Clinton White House. It's not just Democrats expressing buyers' remorse either: 39 percent of Republicans said that Clinton would run the country better than Obama has. “Some of her appeal is that she is not Barack Obama,” said J. Ann Selzer, president of Selzer & Co., the group that conducted poll. No matter what the public's opinion of her, any wishful thinking will remain a fantasy. “It’s below zero,” Clinton told CNN when asked about the chance of her challenging Obama in 2012. “One of the great things about being secretary of state is I am out of politics. I am not interested in being drawn back into it by anybody.”

I thought it was funny when Hillary was losing originally. They both suck. McCain sucked too. Palin has potential.
Palin's 15 minutes came and went. Hillary's stock has risen as Secretary of State while Obama's stock has fallen. I made the point some months back that Hillary would make the stronger candidate this time around. The GOP, with its weak field, is probably happy they are not running against her.

Chan do you think that the UN is a legitimate organization to tell Israel or anyone what to do? Do you think that we should have to obey the UN? I think that the UN is unconstitutional myself. You can't have a treaty with a non nation. Also on the article. I think that people who say that Hillary would have been better then Obama are correct. That doesn't mean they think that Hillary is any good. Republicans just say she would be better but would never vote for her. Democrats probably wish it was her instead of Obama at this point.

A definite plan or program for tracking the inventory or requirements and personnel assets. c. A commitment from the Warfare or Resource Sponsor to provide dedicated support personnel to management and monitoring of the program. Decisions on the feasibility of expanding use of alphanumeric NECs will be based on experience gained from the submarine community alphanumeric NECs. Use of alphanumeric NECs is limited to submarine ET and RM ratings and rating conversion NECs. Use of alphanumeric coding may be opened to other ratings only when all numeric codes have been depleted. 5. Numerical NECs not included in Rating Series or Special Series are grouped under EOD/DIVER/SEAL, Nuclear, Aircrew or Aircraft Systems Maintenance. 6. Planning NECs are NECs approved for planning purposes only and are listed in Chapter V of this manual. These NECs may be used in conjunction with Navy Training Plans, in developing planned training courses, and other applicable long-range projects. Planning NECs listed in Chapter V may be written in manpower authorizations to project requirements and used for other planning purposes; however, they are not assigned to personnel. Submit requests for planning NECs to Commanding Officer, Navy Manpower Analysis Center (NAVMAC) (Code 10) via the chain of command. A request must include a proposed title, a ready-fortraining date (actual or estimated), billet paygrades, and point of contact. Submit requests to convert approved Planning NECs to Rating or Special series NECs 180 days before the date the NEC is to be awarded (i.e., 180 days before completion of initial course or factory training). I am impressed that 38 of 40 graduates of boot camp went to serve with the Corps as Corpsmen. Now where did they really go to from boot camp? How many really had orders to serve with the Marine Corps?
