He can goto the forum owners (since he was "hacked" on two separate forums and establish the IPs being used at different times and dates. If a proxie was used in each case, that is easy to ask the proxie owners the IP addys from the originating user. But that can cost some money and as time flys by become more difficult to learn as the proxie records become stale after some elapsed time and are thrown into the bit bucket. So, yukon has his marching orders to PROVE his allegations.
