And everyone's emailing her of the problems and posting they are getting either no reply or notices that emails are not going through. Yet Yukon conveniently is able to snag another relevant ID during the confusion.

Nope. Since the address the checks went to was not her address of residence, but a drop box type of arrangement, whether private or commercial, I do not know.
