Good grief, what was USA House of Representative Jesse Jackson Jr., (D/IL) THINKING when he came up with this silly idea about fixing unemployment by changing the USA Constitution to allow every kid to get an iPod and a laptop. This is beyond being laughable, it is just downright STUPID. It is nonsense like this why the Democrats in the USA House got their clocks cleaned out this past November.
