While other events have mostly driven it off the front page, there is still an ongoing refugee crisis taking place in Europe. The defeat of ISIS in most of their caliphate and at least a partial easing of the violence in Syria should be lessening the strain, but you couldn’t tell it from the flow of people loading up boats and trying to make it away from the most troubled areas.
